Shipping policy

Standard processing time for the majority of products is 3-5 business days.

Once dispatched your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days with standard shipping, express options are available.

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please leave your required date in the order notes. If you need your order urgently please send us an email and we'll do our best to assist you. Selecting an express shipping mode does not guarantee your order will be processed any quicker.

We cannot assume liability if your order arrives after your event date, provided it was shipped within the specified processing time.

We do not work on weekends or bank holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as we return.

Please note that delays with couriers e.g. strike action, will likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is sadly outside of our control.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
